The Society for Recovering Doormats has a Returns and Refunds Policy for merchandise and memberships purchased from this website.
Merchandise
Our Returns and Refunds Policy for merchandise lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- In the original packaging, and
- Returned with a receipt, shipping document or other proof of purchase.
We recommend that you timely inspect all merchandise when it arrives to assure there is no shipping damage.
Return merchandise should be mailed to 5940 Pelican Bay PLZ S STE 1106 Gulfport, FL 33707. You are responsible for paying the freight/postage for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable and the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from the return refund.
Please note that sales may be final on some sale items and not qualify for a return and refund.
Once the item is received and confirmed that the return meets the above three criteria, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. Note: We will also send you an email advising if the return criteria has not been met and what you can do to remedy the return.
Acceptable returns will be processed for a refund applied to the credit card used or other original form of payment. If your refund is not received within three weeks, please check with your bank/credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially applied to your account. If you have contacted your bank or credit card company to no avail, please contact us at: Thesocietyforrecoveringdoormat@gmail.com so we can timely investigate and get you your refund.
Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you won’t be charged again. You will still have access to The Society For Recovering Doormats premier, exclusive website until the end of the subscription/membership period.
Memberships are not prorated or refunded for the time between cancellation and when the paid membership officially ends. Memberships are not prorated or refunded for time elapsed between the purchase of the membership and the time the member starts visiting the website.
Gift Memberships are not refundable.
