It is hard to put into words how helpful this workbook is! It made me realize that there are ways of coping that most of us have not considered before.
Taking a step back and having a long hard look at how you have gotten to the point where you are now is essential to being able to move forward.
It takes a lot of strength to get up off the floor and begin moving toward a new life. That strength can only come from within and I feel the author has provided the steps to do just that!
I wish that everyone who is or has ever been ‘on the floor’ would read this!

I loved this workbook. I went through the entire PDF in one day. Made notes and highlighted. This was an incredibly beneficial exercise for me. I wish I had had this workbook when I was younger and under the impression that I was the problem time after time. I have sought therapy and am currently in recovery now!
